The invention discloses a colored ecological permeable terrace which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30-50 parts of aggregate, 20-30 parts of fine sand, 5-10 parts of activated carbon, 2-5 parts of porous sponge, 3-5 parts of diatomite, 2-5 parts of toughening fiber, 4-6 parts of inorganic pigment, 1-3 parts of a wear-resistant agent, 2-4 parts of a water reducing agent, 2-5 parts of a soil adhesive, 7-12 parts of an adhesive and 15-25 parts of tap water. The invention further discloses a preparation method. The invention relates to the technical field of water-permeable terraces, and particularly provides the colored ecological water-permeable terrace and a preparation method thereof. According to the terrace, through arrangement of porous sponge, the water-permeable and water-retaining capacity of the terrace is improved, and the cases that the terrace surface temperature is too high in a high-temperature environment, and severe phenomena is caused by rapid development of a city are reduced; and meanwhile, through scientific proportioning of all the components, the prepared colored terrace is bright in color and has excellent decorative performance.
