The invention discloses a wood fiber doped foaming inorganic cementing material composite board and a preparation method thereof.The method includes the steps that wood fibers are added into a foaming inorganic cementing material, stirring, injection molding, oscillation, maintenance and demolding are sequentially conducted, and the composite board is obtained, and the inorganic cementing material is formed by mixing a geopolymer and an exciting agent. The wood fiber doped foaming inorganic cementing material comprises the following components in percentage by mass: 1%-40% of wood fiber, 0.1%-2% of a foaming agent and 60%-100% of the inorganic cementing material. By compounding the modified wood fiber and the foamed inorganic cementing material, the mechanical strength of the foamed inorganic cementing material can be enhanced, the foam structure of the final foamed material can be regulated and controlled by adding the wood fiber, and the sound insulation and heat insulation performance of the board can be improved, the weight of the board can be reduced, and the material consumption can be reduced. The product has excellent fire resistance, durability and environmental protection property, and is beneficial to efficient utilization of wood resources and geopolymers.
