Preparation method of super-hydrophobic surface with nanoscale hydrophilic sites
The invention discloses a preparation method of a super-hydrophobic surface with nanoscale hydrophilic sites. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) depositing carbon black; (2) vapor deposition; (3) calcining; (4) preparing a super-hydrophobic surface; and (5) introducing the nanoscale hydrophilic sites. The problem that condensate drops are not easy to desorb on the surface of a common super-hydrophobic material is solved by introducing nanoscale hydrophilic sites with small sizes on the super-hydrophobic surface of nano silicon dioxide with candle ash as a template. The nano SiO2 particles are mutually stacked to form a decentralized network structure, and after low surface energy treatment, a super-hydrophobic surface with extremely low adhesive force is obtained. The SiO2 particles of the surface coating are stripped, and the interface of the SiO2 particles in mutual contact is broken, so that a large number of high-density nanoscale hydrophilic sites are obtained. The method is low in cost and suitable for large-area preparation, and has wide application prospects in the fields of condensation heat transfer, seawater desalination, water collection and the like.
本发明公开了一种具有纳米级亲水位点的超疏水表面的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)炭黑沉积;(2)气相沉积;(3)煅烧;(4)超疏水表面制备;(5)引入纳米级亲水位点。本发明通过在蜡烛灰为模板的纳米二氧化硅超疏水表面上引入尺寸较小的纳米级亲水位点,来解决冷凝液滴不易在普通超疏水材料表面脱附的问题。纳米SiO2颗粒相互堆积形成分型网络结构,低表面能处理以后,获得粘附力极低的超疏水表面。将表面涂层的SiO2颗粒剥离,相互接触SiO2颗粒界面发生断裂,就得到了大量的高密度纳米级亲水位点。本发明成本低廉,适合大面积制备,在冷凝传热、海水淡化和水收集等领域中具有广泛的应用前景。
