The invention discloses a prefabricated plate type ballastless track structure. A leveling layer and an elevation regulator are laid on the base plate, a prefabricated track plate is laid on the leveling layer and the elevation regulator, and a steel rail is laid on the prefabricated track plate through a fastener; an elevation regulator is arranged on the base plate, and a leveling layer is arranged between the base plate and the prefabricated track plate; the multiple prefabricated track plates are sequentially arranged in the steel rail laying direction, plate joints are formed between the adjacent prefabricated track plates and filled with filling materials, and the tops of the plate joints are sealed through sealing materials; at least one grouting hole is formed in the center line of the prefabricated track plate; the self-compacting concrete mortar is poured into the space between the base plate and the prefabricated track plate from the grouting holes to serve as the leveling layer. According to the prefabricated plate type ballastless track structure, the problems of smudginess, serious hardening, poor elasticity and the like of a ballast track bed below the silo can be solved, rapid laying and replacement of a track structure can be realized, the influence on existing line operation is reduced, the maintenance workload of the track is reduced, and the maintenance cost is saved.
