The road breaking hammer comprises a breaking hammer; a supporting frame body arranged on a non-working part of the breaking hammer; a shock absorber which is arranged at the movable end of the supporting frame body; a rack which is arranged at the stress end of the supporting frame body; a lifting linkage assembly which is arranged on the non-working part of the breaking hammer, and the output end of the lifting linkage assembly is in transmission connection with the rack; a lifting driving mechanism, wherein the output end of the lifting driving mechanism is in transmission connection with the stress end of the lifting linkage assembly; a mode switching mechanism which is arranged on the non-working part of the supporting frame body, the lifting driving mechanism is arranged at the output end of the mode switching mechanism, and the output end of the mode switching mechanism is connected with the stress end of the lifting linkage assembly; and a moving mechanism which is arranged on a non-working part of the breaking hammer. According to the road breaking hammer, a worker can conveniently disassemble the breaking hammer, a hammer head and equipment cannot be damaged by falling, and the breaking equipment can be rapidly transferred.
