A rotating mechanism is arranged in the rotating box and connected with a telescopic arm through a rotating rod, the telescopic arm is located outside the rotating box, and a spray head is arranged on the telescopic arm. According to the intelligent movable cleaning device, a water pipe is wound through the pipe winding mechanism, and what is avoided is that in the moving process of the device, the water pipe is wound together, so that water pressure is too large, and dangers or device damage are caused; meanwhile, the rotating mechanism drives the rotating box to move, and the purpose of adjusting the cleaning range according to site requirements is achieved by matching with stretching and rotation of the telescopic arm.
