Through the arrangement of the roller, the movable rod, the spring and the water pump, when the roller rolls on the pothole road surface, whether the pothole exists on the ground is judged according to the extrusion degree of the movable rod and the ground, so that accumulated water in the pothole on the road surface can be removed to the maximum extent; and the problems that sewage splashes due to vehicle rolling and pedestrians step into accumulated water by mistake are solved, and pavement pits can be conveniently repaired later.
