The invention discloses a method for quantifying river-lake intersection in river-lake intersection river channel based on lake water level-flow and water level-area relationship. The method comprises the following steps that S1, grouping is carried out on water level and flow data of branch lake outlets in equal-flow intervals of main flow, and a water level-flow relationship curve of the lake outlets in each group are constructed; S2, the average distance between every two adjacent lines in the lake outlet series water level-flow relationship curve is calculated, and water level changes, caused by hydrological condition changes of the main flow, of branch lakes under the same flow are extracted; S3, a lake water area distribution area is interpreted based on a remote sensing image, and a lake water level-area relationship curve is constructed with actually measured water level data; and S4, the lake water storage change corresponding to the lake outlet water level change in the step S2 is calculated in combination with the lake water level-area relationship curve. The method is suitable for the river (lake) intersection river channel with complex hydrological and hydrodynamic interaction, and meanwhile, the operation method is simple and convenient and is convenient to popularize and apply.
