The invention discloses a recycling drainage device capable of adjusting and limiting the highest water level. The recycling drainage device comprises a support ground body, a main reservoir, a limiting overall assembly and a secondary reservoir assembly, wherein the main reservoir is arranged on the right end of the support ground body and is provided with an upward opening, the limiting overall assembly is used for adjusting so as to limit and sense insufficient limitation, the secondary reservoir assembly is used for recycling liquid which exceeds the highest water level and controlling insufficient limiting drainage, the limiting overall assembly is connected with the main reservoir and the secondary reservoir assembly, and the secondary reservoir assembly comprises a limitation adjusting assembly which is used for adjusting the limiting height, a limitation support assembly which is used for supporting the limitation adjustment and providing a closed environment and a pneumatic closed assembly which is used for performing closed operation through gas. According to the recycling drainage device capable of adjusting and limiting the highest water level, the limitation of the highest water level can be freely adjusted as required, the liquid which is higher than the limiting water level is recycled, and the drainage operation is controlled in time by shortening the sensing distance between sensors.
