The angle fine adjustment device comprises a supporting rod, a lever, a fine adjustment bolt and a high-precision fine adjustment bolt; the supporting rod is one of two supporting rods of the wall-mounted fixing device for the wall-mounted instrument; the supporting rod and a nail hanging notch form a three-point support stable structure on a wall; one end of the lever is located behind the supporting rod and located between the fine adjustment bolt and the supporting rod; and the high-precision fine adjustment bolt is used for spirally pushing a power arm of the lever to pry the fine adjustment bolt and the supporting rod to slightly push the supporting rod to slightly move, so that high-precision angle fine adjustment of the wall-mounted fixing device for the wall-mounted instrument is realized.
