The invention discloses an auxiliary handle of a concrete vibrating structure for civil engineering construction. The auxiliary handle comprises a cylinder body, wherein the cylinder body comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder, a first friction plate and a second friction plate are hinged to the inner side of the cylinder body, the first friction plate and the second friction plate are arranged on the inner side of the cylinder body in a circumferential array mode, and one end of the first friction plate and one end of the second friction plate are abutted with the outer surface of a cable.
