The invention discloses a production process of an impregnated paper laminated wood floor with stable performance and the wood floor. The production process comprises the following steps of a, preparing a solid wood base material; b, preparing impregnated decorative paper; c, molding; d, pressing and pasting; e, standing; and f, floor machining. By adding a raw wood veneer and preparing the solid wood base material, the surface of the multi-layer solid wood base material which is not suitable for the impregnated decorative paper to be pressed and pasted originally becomes suitable for the pressing and pasting process; by changing the gluing amount of the impregnated decorative paper and preparing the impregnated decorative paper, the decorative paper which is not suitable for being pressed and pasted on the multi-layer solid wood base material can be suitable for the pressing and pasting process; by changing the temperature, the pressure and the time of a pressing machine, the materials which are not suitable for pressing and pasting originally can be pressed and pasted after being improved; and reasonable standing time is set, so that a plate after pressing and pasting is more stable in performance and longer in service life. Through the improvement of the production process, the impregnated paper laminated wooden floor with the stable performance and integrating the advantages of solid wood and laminate floors can be manufactured.
本发明公开了一种性能稳定浸渍纸层压木质地板的生产工艺及木质地板，包括以下步骤：a.实木基材制备；b.浸渍装饰纸制备；c.制模；d.压贴；e.静置；f.地板加工。通过增加原木桨皮，实木基材制备，使原本不适合压贴浸渍装饰纸的多层实木基材表面变得可以适合于该压贴工艺；通过改变浸渍装饰纸的上胶量，浸渍装饰纸制备，使同样不适合压贴于多层实木基材上的装饰纸可以适合于该压贴工艺；通过改变压机的温度、压力、时间，使原本不适合压贴的材料改良后可以进行压贴；通过设置合理的静置时间，使压贴后的板材性能更稳定，使用寿命更长。通过上述生产工艺的改良，可以制造出集实木、强化地板优点于一身的性能稳定浸渍纸层压木质地板。
