The invention discloses a reactive powder concrete preparation process. The preparation process specifically comprises the following steps of S1, raw material preparation: preparing 20-40 parts by mass of water, 80-100 parts by mass of a gel material, 30-60 parts by mass of fine aggregate, 15-25 parts by mass of reactive powder, 5-10 parts by mass of a water reducing agent, 20-28 parts by mass of triphenylmethyl polymethacrylate and 5-10 parts by mass of an additive, S2, raw material screening: checking the gel material, the fine aggregate, the active powder, the water reducing agent, the triphenylmethyl polymethacrylate and the additive one by one to ensure whether the materials are qualified or not, and if the materials are qualified, taking the materials as raw materials, S3, weighing the gel material, the fine aggregate, the active powder, the water reducing agent, the triphenylmethyl polymethacrylate and the additive according to the demand. The process has the advantages that the active powder is added in the preparation process, and the formula and the proportion of other components of the concrete are combined, so that the final strength of the product exceeds 100 MPa; and the product has good corrosion resistance, high and low temperature resistance and weather resistance, is stable in performance, and is green and environment-friendly.
