Preparation process of graphene oxide three-dimensional self-assembly plate
The invention relates to the technical field of graphene, in particular to a preparation process of a graphene oxide three-dimensional self-assembly plate. The preparation process comprises the following steps: (1) preparing a graphene oxide filter cake by adopting hummers; (2) adding deionized water until the solid content is 1%-5%, and adjusting the pH value to 3.0-4.0; (3) adding urea resin with a low polymerization degree to prepare graphene oxide composite slurry; (4) coating a base material with the graphene oxide composite slurry; (5) drying at the temperature of 50-70 DEG C; (6) laminating 5-7 pieces of graphene oxide films; (7) under the conditions that the vacuum degree is -60Kpa to -100Kpa and the temperature is 100 DEG C to 200 DEG C, pressurizing to 1-5 MPa, and standing for 0.5-1 hour; (8) under the argon condition, pressurizing to 5-10 MPa, heating to 800-1200 DEG C, and standing for 1-2 hours; and (9) in an argon state, raising the temperature to 2000-2500 DEG C, and standing for 2-3 hours to finish graphitization treatment so as to obtain a graphene plate. The preparation process is simple and easy to implement and high in practicability.
本发明涉及石墨烯技术领域,一种氧化石墨烯三维自组装板材的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:(1)采用hummers制备氧化石墨烯滤饼;(2)加入去离子水,使其固含量为1%‑5%,调整PH值至3.0‑4.0;(3)加入低聚合度的脲醛树脂,制成氧化石墨烯复合浆料;(4)将氧化石墨烯复合浆料涂覆在基材上;(5)在50‑70oC温度下干燥;(6)将氧化石墨烯薄膜5‑7张作叠压处理(7)在真空度为‑60Kpa至‑100Kpa、温度为100oC‑200oC的条件下,加压1‑5MPa,静置0.5‑1h;(8)在氩气条件下,加压5‑10MPa,升温至800oC‑1200oC,静置1‑2h;(9)在氩气状态,升温至2000‑2500 oC,静置2‑3h,完成石墨化处理,制得石墨烯板材;本发明简单易行,实用性高。
