The invention belongs to the technical field of inorganic materials, and provides a lightweight heat-insulating refractory material and a preparation method thereof. According to the technical scheme, the preparation method comprises the following steps of: taking 20-50wt% of kaolin powder and 30-65wt% of sillimanite powder as a matrix, and taking 5-25wt% of graphite powder and 5-20wt% of sawdust as a composite pore-forming agent; mixing, ball-milling, drying, grinding and sieving the powder; and then, carrying out granulating and forming, and calcining for 1-2 hours at the temperature of 1300-1400 DEG C to obtain the heat-insulating refractory material. The invention provides a novel way for preparing the heat-insulating refractory material, the composite pore-forming agent is added into the ceramic matrix to obtain a synergistic effect, the heat-insulating refractory material has the characteristics of low cost and simple process, and the prepared heat-insulating refractory material is light in weight, high in strength and easy for industrial production.
本发明属于无机材料技术领域,提供了一种轻质隔热耐火材料及其制备方法。其技术方案是:以20‑50wt%的高岭土粉体和30‑65wt%的硅线石粉体为基体,并以5‑25wt%的石墨粉体和5‑20wt%的木屑为复合造孔剂;再将上述粉体混合、球磨、烘干、碾碎、过筛;然后,造粒、成型,并在1300‑1400℃条件下煅烧1‑2h,得到隔热耐火材料。本发明提供了一种新型的制备隔热耐火材料的途径,通过在陶瓷基体中加入复合造孔剂以获得协同效应,具有成本低、工艺简单的特点,所制备的隔热耐火材料轻质、高强,易于工业化生产。
