The invention discloses a novel hydraulic pushing clamping seat, which comprises a track, a clamping seat, a walking device and a hydraulic oil cylinder, and is characterized in that the track is formed by combining a plurality of H-shaped steels, the clamping seat is arranged on the upper side of the track, the clamping seat is connected with the hydraulic oil cylinder through a hinge, and the other side of the hydraulic oil cylinder is connected with the walking device. According to the track, the non-hole track is adopted to replace an original hole track, and therefore the situation that the track plate is large in deformation after being blanked and needs to be straightened can be prevented. A clamping tongue structure on the clamping base is omitted, the inclined groove is additionally formed in the clamping base, the pin shaft in the inclined groove and the rail are clamped through friction force generated when the hydraulic oil cylinder and the walking device walk, a force bearing point is provided for walking of the walking device, and walking safety is guaranteed.
本发明公开了一种新型的液压顶推卡座,包括轨道、卡座、行走装置以及液压油缸,其特征在于:所述轨道由若干H型钢组合形成,所述轨道上侧设置有卡座,所述卡座铰链连接液压油缸,所述液压油缸的另一侧与行走装置相连接。所述本发明的轨道采用无孔轨道代替原先的由孔轨道,由此可以防止出现轨道板在下料后变形较大,需要进行调直的情况出现。本发明取消卡座上的卡舌结构,通过在卡座增设一斜槽,并且利用液压油缸与行走装置在行走时产生的摩擦力,将斜槽内部的的销轴与轨道进行卡紧,为行走装置行进提供承力点,确保行进安全。
