The overwater garbage collection device is placed on the water surface and floats, a second motor switch is turned on, a rudder blade operating rod is remotely controlled, a platform is driven to a place where garbage needs to be collected, a first motor switch is turned on, the first motor in the base works, and a permanent magnet is driven to rotate, so that magnet blades rotate to generate eddy current for garbage collection. The motor drives the blades to generate vortex, water surface floating garbage within a certain range is sucked, efficiency is high, and power consumption is small; the device is convenient to operate and wide in application; and the device is simple in structure, low in cost, good in stability and suitable for more working conditions.
