The invention discloses a method for replacing anchor plate bolts of a wind driven generator foundation by excavating a roadway. An open-air roadway, a horizontal roadway and an annular roadway are excavated, under the condition that the wind driven generator foundation is not damaged, personnel enter the bottom of the wind driven generator foundation, anchor bolt nuts are maintained and replaced by chiseling the bottoms of the anchor bolts, a clockwise symmetric replacement method is adopted; after replacement is completed, under-tension inspection and over-tension inspection are conducted, finally, grouting rubble is filled in the roadway in a segmented mode for blocking, and finally pumping micro-expansion concrete is used for filling gaps between the grouting rubble and the foundation bottom plate and gaps between the portions, where the concrete is chiseled away, of the bottom plate densely. The method solves the problems that in the prior art, the construction period is long, the wind driven generator foundation needs to be damaged, large-tonnage hoisting equipment needs to enter a site, the requirement for the environment site is higher, and cost is high; and the method has the beneficial effects that the work amount is small, the construction period is short, the cost is saved, the wind driven generator foundation is not damaged, and large-tonnage hoisting equipment is not needed.
本发明是一种开挖巷道更换风力发电机基础锚板螺栓的方法,通过开挖露天巷道,水平巷道,环形巷道,在不破坏风机基础的情况下,使人员进入到风机基础底部,通过凿开锚栓底部的,进行锚栓螺母的维护及更换,更换方法采用顺时针对称更换;在更换完成后再进行欠拉张检查和过拉张检查,最后在巷道内分段填筑浆砌毛石封堵,最后用泵送微膨胀砼将浆砌毛石与基础底板间,包括底板上凿除砼部分的空隙填充密实;本发明解决了现有技术中工期长,需要破坏风机基础,需要大吨位起吊设备进场,对环境场所要求比较高,成本高等问题;本发明具有工程量小,工期短;节约成本,不破坏风机基础,无需大吨位起吊设备等有益效果。
