Beam-slab integrated precast concrete structure and construction method
The invention relates to a beam-slab integrated precast concrete structure and a construction method. The beam-slab integrated precast concrete structure comprises precast beam-slab units, precast laminated frame beams, concrete stand columns and a cast-in-place concrete surface layer; the concrete stand columns are distributed in an array mode, and bearing pieces A and B are arranged at the upper ends of the concrete stand columns; the two ends of the precast laminated frame beams are erected at the upper ends of the adjacent concrete stand columns correspondingly, and each precast laminated frame beam is provided with a bearing piece C; the precast beam-slab units are arranged between the two parallel precast laminated frame beams; the precast beam-slab units, the top surfaces of the precast laminated frame beams and all beam column joints are cast in place with concrete to form the cast-in-place concrete surface layer; the construction method comprises the steps that firstly, array construction of the concrete stand columns is completed; and then the precast beam-slab units and the precast laminated frame beams are installed in order, and finally the cast-in-place concrete surface layer is poured. The beam-slab integrated precast concrete structure and the construction method have the advantages that support-free and mold-free construction of precast concrete structure on-site construction is achieved, the construction speed can be remarkably increased, and the on-site construction cost is remarkably reduced.
本发明为一种梁板一体化的预制混凝土结构及施工方法,预制混凝土结构包括预制梁板单元、预制叠合框架梁、混凝土立柱以及现浇混凝土面层;所述混凝土立柱阵列分布,其上端设有承托件A、B;所述预制叠合框架梁的两端分别架设在相邻的混凝土立柱上端,预制叠合框架梁设有承托件C;所述预制梁板单元设置在两平行预制叠合框架梁之间;所述预制梁板单元、预制叠合框架梁的顶面以及各梁柱节点现浇混凝土形成现浇混凝土面层。所述施工方法为先完成混凝土立柱的阵列施工;之后将预制梁板单元和预制叠合框架梁有序安装,最后浇筑现浇混凝土面层。本发明的优点在于实现预制混凝土结构现场施工的免撑免模,可以显著加快施工速度,显著降低现场施工成本。
