The invention discloses an indoor automatic plastering device for building construction, and relates to the field of automatic plastering. The indoor automatic plastering device is composed of a moving device, a storage device and a plastering device, plastering materials are added into a box body through a feeding hopper, a proper amount of water is injected from a water injection opening according to a proportion, and a second driving motor is started to drive a spiral impeller to stir the plastering materials to prevent solidification of the plastering materials; a pump body is started, the plastering materials are conveyed into a material groove through cooperation of a material conveying hose, a feeding opening and a discharging opening, the surface of a material guiding plate is smooth, the plastering materials are smeared to a wall, a first driving motor is started to drive a threaded rod to rotate in the process, and a shell in threaded connection fit with the threaded rod ascends and descends along with the threaded rod; meanwhile, the stability of a material plastering device in the lifting process is improved through cooperation between a pipe sleeve and a guiding rod, finally, the plastering materials are machined to be uniform and flat through a material scraping plate, waste generated in the material scraping process falls into a material receiving box, the later cleaning time of operators is saved, and the working efficiency is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种建筑施工用室内自动抹灰装置,涉及自动抹灰领域,由移动装置、储料装置和抹料装置组成,通过进料斗将抹料加至箱体的内部,从注水口按照比例加注适量的水,启动第二驱动电机带动螺旋叶轮对抹料进行搅拌,防止抹料凝固,启动泵体,将抹料通过输料软管、进料口和出料口之间的配合输送至料槽中,导料板的表面呈光滑设置,将抹料涂抹至墙体上,过程中,启动第一驱动电机,带动螺纹杆转动,与其螺纹连接配合的壳体随之进行升降运动,同时管套与导杆之间的配合提升抹料装置升降过程中的稳定性,最后由刮料板将抹料加工至均匀平整,刮料过程中产生的废料掉落至接料箱中,节约了操作人员后期打扫的时间,大大的提升了工作效率。
