Construction method of large-span pipe truss lower chord joints
The invention discloses a construction method of large-span pipe truss lower chord joints. The construction method comprises the following steps: a hanging basket body and two U-shaped hoops are prepared; before one section of a pipe truss is hoisted, the U-shaped hoops are arranged on the pipe truss in a sleeving mode on the ground and are close to a to-be-connected joint of primary and secondary pipe trusses, and the two U-shaped hoops are fixed to the hanging basket body; the section of pipe truss is hoisted, a safety hanging basket is hoisted to the high altitude along with the pipe truss, and the primary and auxiliary pipe trusses corresponding to the joint are connected; after the connection operation of the primary and secondary pipe trusses at the joint is completed, limiting rods are detached, the U-shaped hoops and the hanging basket body are separated, then the U-shaped hoops and the hanging basket body are hoisted to a to-be-connected joint of the next primary and secondary pipe trusses, and then the safety hanging basket is assembled; and the steps are repeated to complete the connection operation of all the primary and secondary pipe truss connection joints. The construction method is easy to operate, and the safety hanging basket can be stably hung on the pipe trusses without shake, so that the working efficiency and the safety are improved.
