The invention relates to an integrated limiting hinge mechanism. The integrated limiting hinge mechanism is composed of a hinge vehicle body leaf, a hinge vehicle door leaf, a hinge shaft, an end face thrust bearing, a locking nut, a limiting groove sliding block, a roller pin, a sliding key and a belleville spring, wherein the hinge vehicle door leaf, the roller pin, the limiting groove sliding block, the belleville spring, the hinge vehicle body leaf, the end face thrust bearing and the locking nut are sequentially arranged in the direction of the hinge shaft; one end of the hinge shaft is fixedly connected with the hinge vehicle door leaf, the other end of the hinge shaft is connected with a tight ring of the end face thrust bearing, the locking nut is installed on a rotating shaft and locked on the tight ring face of the thrust bearing, and a loose ring of the thrust bearing is pressed on the outer end face of the cylindrical part of the hinge vehicle door leaf; one end of the belleville spring presses the inner end face of the cylindrical part of the vehicle body leaf, and the other end of the belleville spring presses the limiting groove sliding block to provide axial thrust; the limiting groove sliding block can axially and linearly move along the sliding key in the cylindrical face of the hinge vehicle body leaf, and always tightly presses the roller pin in a vehicle door leaf roller pin position retaining groove.
