Gas pressure maintaining system for double-wheel stirring drilling machine
The invention particularly relates to a gas pressure maintaining system for a double-wheel stirring drilling machine. The gas pressure maintaining system is characterized by comprising a monitoring device; and the monitoring device is arranged in a milling head, the head of the monitoring device is connected with an air compression station through an air pipe, the tail of the monitoring device is connected with the milling head, a floater is arranged in the monitoring device, and the interior of the monitoring device is divided into an upper half part and a lower half part by the floater. Compressed air is input into the upper half part of the monitoring device through the air pipe, oil in the milling head enters the lower half part of the monitoring device, and the compressed air in the upper half part is isolated from the oil in the lower half part through the floater in the monitoring device; the pressure of the oil in the lower half part of the monitoring device and the milling head of the double-wheel stirring drilling machine is indirectly adjusted by adjusting the value of the compressed air output by the air compression station; and when the double-wheel stirring drilling machine enters the ground and is located in slurry, the compressed air output by the air compression station is adjusted through pressure feedback, and the pressure between the oil in the double-wheel stirring drilling machine and slurry outside the double-wheel stirring drilling machine is adjusted through the monitoring device.
