Denture preparation method
The invention belongs to the technical field of false tooth processing, and particularly relates to a false tooth preparation method which comprises the following steps: (1) acquiring a three-dimensional model of an oral cavity of a patient; (2) designing an abutment, and designing a paraffin abutment on the abutment; (3) designing a plurality of tooth monomers according to the base plate; (4) selecting blocky zirconium oxide, sintering the blocky zirconium oxide, cutting to obtain zirconium oxide teeth, reserving retention holes in the bottoms of the zirconium oxide teeth, re-sintering the zirconium oxide teeth and trimming the resintered zirconium oxide teeth, and then glazing the resintered zirconium oxide teeth; (5) preliminarily arranging and fixing the processed zirconium oxide teeth on the paraffin abutment of the denture in sequence; and (6) finally fixing the zirconium oxide tooth in an embedding glue filling or injection molding glue filling manner to manufacture the false tooth. According to the scheme, the artificial tooth can be customized according to the condition of a patient, so that the artificial tooth is more suitable for individuals, and has better performance in the aspects of strength, attractiveness, color and the like due to the fact that the tooth is made of zirconium oxide.
