The invention discloses a method for preparing a geopolymer from oxidized gold ore dump leaching tailings, and belongs to the technical field of waste resource utilization. The method comprises the following steps: finely grinding and drying oxidized gold ore dump leaching tailings, mixing the oxidized gold ore dump leaching tailings with kaolin, heating to 300-900 DEG C, calcining, adding the calcined product into an alkali activator solution prepared from sodium hydroxide and water glass, stirring, injecting into a mold, standing for 16-24 hours, and solidifying to obtain the product. The geopolymer gel material prepared by the invention has the advantages of high hardening speed, high forming strength and no need of high-temperature maintenance in the forming process, and can reach certain strength within a short time; and the geopolymer gel material prepared by the method can effectively fix and seal heavy metals and toxic and harmful ions contained in the cyanidation leaching tailings, and prevent the heavy metals and toxic and harmful ions from being leached out to damage the environment.
本发明公开一种采用氧化型金矿堆浸尾渣制备地质聚合物的方法,属于废弃物资源化利用技术领域。本发明所述方法为:取氧化型金矿堆浸尾渣进行细磨烘干,将其与高岭土混合并加热至300~900℃进行煅烧,将煅烧后产品加入至由氢氧化钠和水玻璃制成的碱激发剂溶液中搅拌,注入模具静置16~24h,凝固后即得产品。本发明制备的地质聚合物凝胶材料具有硬化快、成型强度高、成型过程无需高温养护的优点,在短时间内就能达到一定强度;且采用本方法制备的地质聚合物凝胶材料,能有效固封氰化浸出尾矿中含有的重金属及有毒有害离子,防止重金属及有毒有害离子浸出,破坏环境。
