The invention relates to the technical field of agricultural irrigation, in particular to a depth-keeping ditcher for agricultural irrigation pipe burying and a use method of the depth-keeping ditcher. The depth-keeping ditcher comprises a driving seat and a ditching device connected to the rear end of the driving seat; the ditching device at least comprises a driving box and an adjusting device. According to the depth-keeping ditcher for agricultural irrigation pipe burying and the use method of the depth-keeping ditcher, the arranged ditching device drives a cutter head to rotate through rotation of a rotating rod, so that a cutter body is driven to conduct ditching work on soil; through rotation of a rotating leg, the ditching angle of the cutter head can be conveniently changed, so that the ditching depth is changed; meanwhile, the cutter head can be folded, an adjusting device is arranged, through sliding of a sliding rod and a fixing block, a connector and a rotating block can be driven to rotate, thus a rotating shaft and two driving grooves are driven to rotate, and angle adjustment of the rotating leg is achieved.
