The invention discloses a magnetic control conical thorn array water collecting device based on mist capture. The magnetic control conical thorn array water collecting device based on mist capture comprises an aerogel bottom plate, a fixing rod, an annular shell, a water collecting channel, a bearing, a water storage tank, a control box and a power supply used for providing electric energy. The aerogel bottom plate is fixed to the interior of the annular shell through the fixing rod; a conical thorn array is arranged on the aerogel bottom plate; each conical thorn in the conical thorn array contains magnetic particles; the upper end of the water collecting channel is communicated with a water outlet in the bottom of the annular shell; the lower end of the water collecting channel is communicated with an inlet of the water storage tank through a bearing; a plurality of electromagnets are arranged on the annular shell; and the power supply is connected with the electromagnets through the control box. According to the device, the cost of obtaining fresh water from the island can be effectively reduced.
