The invention relates to a carbon fiber plate anchorage device. The carbon fiber plate anchorage device comprises an anchor backing plate and a tensioning plate movably connected with the anchor backing plate through a guide assembly, the guide assembly is used for keeping coaxial connection of the tensioning plate and the anchor backing plate, a spring used for buffering tensioning force is installed between the tensioning plate and the anchor backing plate, the tensioning plate is connected with an adjusting plate through a fine adjustment assembly used for adjusting the preset tensioning force of the spring, a tightening assembly used for tightening a reinforcing steel bar penetrating through the adjusting plate, the tensioning plate and the anchor backing plate is fixedly installed on the adjusting plate, a plurality of extending assemblies are further arranged on the anchor backing plate at equal intervals, and the extending assemblies are connected with the guide assembly through a transmission mechanism. When the tensioning plate moves towards the anchor backing plate, the guide assembly stretches out and draws back, so that the extending assemblies are driven to stretch out of the anchor backing plate through the transmission mechanism; and the carbon fiber plate anchorage device is novel in design, simple in structure and high in practicability.
