The invention discloses a building construction method based on whole wall piling and piling equipment thereof. The building construction method comprises the following steps that supports are installed on the two sides of a wall body, movable blocks are placed on the upper side of the wall body, supporting legs are clamped in guide rails, bricks are stacked in brick grooves, an electric valve is opened, an electric push rod is controlled to extend to drive a push plate to move, the bricks are pushed into brick containing grooves, a first motor is controlled to intermittently rotate to fill the grooves with all the bricks, and then the electric valve is closed; and the first motor is controlled to rotate, cement is attached to the surfaces of the bricks, the first motor stops rotating, an electromagnetic valve is opened, an air cylinder is controlled to extend to drive a clamping plate to be inserted into one brick containing groove to support out the corresponding brick, and after the brick abuts against an ejector rod, a fourth motor rotates by 180 degrees to stack the brick on the upper side of the wall body. The invention relates to the field of building equipment, solves the problem that cement needs to be manually attached to the surfaces of bricks in advance in an existing wall building device, manual intervention is not required in the whole wall building process, the labor force is effectively reduced, and the automation degree is increased.
本发明公开了一种基于整墙堆砌的建筑施工方法及其堆砌设备,包括如下步骤:将支架安装在墙体两侧,将移动块放到墙体上侧,使支脚卡接在导轨内,将砖块堆放在砖槽内,打开电动阀门,控制电动推杆伸长带动推板移动,将砖块推送到盛砖槽内,控制第一电机间断旋转完成所有砖块的装填后关闭电动阀门;控制第一电机旋转,将水泥附在砖块表面,第一电机停止转动,打开电磁阀门,控制气缸伸长带动夹板插入盛砖槽内将砖块托出,砖块与顶杆抵接后第四电机转动180°将砖块堆砌在墙体上侧;本发明涉及建筑设备领域,解决了现有的砌墙装置需要人工预先将水泥附着在砖头表面的问题,整个砌墙过程不需要人工干预,有效降低劳动力,提高了自动化程度。
