The invention relates to an agricultural irrigation device with an anti-blocking function. The agricultural irrigation device comprises a bottom plate, two fixed plates, two inclined plates and a collection mechanism. The collection mechanism comprises a water tank, a corrugated pipe and two collection assemblies. The agricultural irrigation device with an anti-blocking function realizes collection and storage of rainwater through the collection mechanism. Compared with an existing collecting mechanism, the collecting mechanism moves water inlet pipes and collecting boxes through a connecting unit, such that openings of the collecting boxes face downwards, redundant rainwater in the collecting boxes can fall off efficiently, corrosion caused by the rainwater is prevented, the service life is prolonged, meanwhile, the water tank is closed, and garbage and dust are prevented from entering the water tank, filter screen plates are pushed through a driving unit, such that garbage falling on a second filter screen plate is cleaned, the garbage is prevented from blocking a cleaning screen, such that water entering the water tank is clearer, an influence of the garbage in the water on crops is reduced, and the crops grow better.
