The invention discloses a lifting appliance for a box girder steel formwork. The lifting appliance comprises a lower opening channel steel frame, wherein vertical channel steel is fixedly connected to the two sides of the lower opening channel steel frame correspondingly; transverse channel steel is fixedly connected to the tops of the vertical channel steel on the two sides; longitudinal channel steel which is symmetrically arranged is fixedly connected between the transverse channel steel on the two sides; fixed lifting lugs are fixedly connected to the two ends of the transverse channel steel on the two sides; and a lower opening baffle is movably connected to the free end of the lower opening channel steel frame. According to the lifting appliance, when the box girder steel formwork is in an irregular shape, the channel steel on the box girder steel formwork is clamped by the lower opening baffle, then an upper opening transverse movable supporting rod and an upper opening longitudinal movable supporting rod are driven to move through a transverse electric push rod and a longitudinal electric push rod correspondingly, the positions of movable lifting lugs are adjusted, the overall gravity center positions of the lifting appliance and the box girder steel formwork are adjusted through the cooperative cooperation of the fixed lifting lugs and the movable lifting lugs on the lifting appliance, the lifting process of the box girder steel formwork is stabilized, and the operation is simple.
