The invention relates to a heat insulation and decoration integrated plate formed by one-time pouring, which comprises the following raw materials according to the following formula and proportion: 150kg of wet-density inorganic glue or 30kg of dry-density inorganic glue on the basis of 1m <3> and the density of 150kg; hydrophobic gas-phase silicon dioxide with the dry density of 3 kg; perlite foamed particles with the dry density of 80 kg; graphite polyphenyl particles with the dry density of 10 kg; sulphoaluminate cement with the dry density of 7 kg; magnesite powder with the dry density of 7 kg; a foaming agent with the wet density of 2kg; and a waterproof agent with the wet density of 3kg. An existing process of a non-environment-friendly organic adhesive structure is abandoned, an environment-friendly inorganic adhesive structure process is adopted, the product is produced by casting molding at a time along with production of a thermal insulation material, and production equipment is simple, environment-friendly and high in operability; the product quality is greatly improved, the guarantee period is prolonged from 3-5 years to 50 years, and the service life is remarkably prolonged.
