The invention provides a filling material for filling a mine, a preparation method of the filling material and a method for filling the mine. The filling material for filling the mine, provided by the invention, is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 30-40% of an environmental remediation material; 50%-60% of a polyurethane foam raw material; 4%-8% of an inorganic flame retardant; and 0.6%-2% of a foam stabilizer. The specific environment repairing material, the polyurethane foam raw material, the inorganic flame retardant and the foam stabilizer are combined to form the filling material, so that the compressive strength of the material can be improved, and the filling material has a good flame-retardant effect and has the advantages of high construction speed, low cost and the like; in addition, a large amount of fly ash is used in the raw materials, compared with direct use of concrete, the use rate of the formed building material can be obviously reduced, the product belongs to an efficient, economical, low-carbon and environment-friendly product, and meanwhile cyclic utilization of waste resources is achieved.
