The invention relates to a steel trestle guardrail adjustable structure system which comprises a stand column structure, semi-frame type handrails, handrail transverse rods, sleeve type handrails, fixing mechanisms and handrail lug plates, the multiple handrail transverse rods are arranged between every two adjacent semi-frame type handrails, and the sleeve type handrails are arranged on the stand column structure. The two ends of each handrail cross rod are connected with the two half-frame type handrails respectively, each handrail cross rod is sleeved with the corresponding sleeve type handrail in a sliding mode, and the handrail lug plates are arranged on the sides, away from the handrail cross rods, of the half-frame type handrails. The side, away from the handrail transverse rod, of each half-frame handrail is provided with one stand column structure, and each stand column structure is connected with the corresponding handrail lug plate through the corresponding fixing mechanism. The purposes that the length of the steel trestle guardrail can be adjusted, and the distance between the stand columns can be changed are achieved.
