The invention discloses a reservoir ecological drainage device. The reservoir ecological drainage device comprises a dam body, wherein the dam body is provided with a water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected with a water outlet pipe through an ecological service valve and an ecological working valve; an air pipe is arranged at the top of a dam and connected with the water inlet pipe, an air pipe electric valve and an air pipe working valve are arranged in the middle of the air pipe, and the air pipe working valve is connected with a vacuum pump through the air pipe; the water inlet pipe of the downstream of the dam is connected with an exhaust pipe which is connected with an exhaust valve through the air pipe service valve; a flow meter is arranged on the water inlet pipe of the downstream of the dam. According to the reservoir ecological drainage device, on the basis of not destroying or locally destroying the built dam structure, the reservoir ecological drainage device is arranged on a dam crest and the downstream side of the dam, so that the requirement that the water amount of the drainage environment is constant under the variable amplitude of the water level of a reservoir is met.
