The invention discloses an intelligent adjusting and optimizing flow guiding device for a river channel confluence flow field. The intelligent adjusting and optimizing flow guiding device for the river channel confluence flow field comprises a flow guiding device and a fixed rod shaft installed at one end of the flow guiding device, wherein the flow guiding device swings with the fixed rod shaft as an axis. When the flow of river channels ways on the two sides changes, the impact force of water flow on the two sides of the flow guiding device also changes, so that the flow guiding device rotates towards the side where the flow and the flow velocity are reduced, and finally tends to be balanced again under the action of combined external force, and therefore, the cross-sectional area of an outlet of the river channel on the side where the flow is increased is also increased; meanwhile, the cross-sectional area of the outlet on the other side where the flow is reduced is also reduced, and the flow velocities of the outlets on the two sides tend to be equal or equivalent, so that the flow guiding device can achieve the purpose that the confluence flow state at the junction of the two river channels is more stable even if the incoming flow ratio of the two river channels is changed.
