The invention discloses a double-horizontal reversely-buckled bottom shaft-driven flap gate. The flap gate comprises a civil foundation, a gate, two sets of working opening and closing devices and two sets of lifting opening and closing devices, wherein the civil foundation comprises a bottom plate and side piers on the two sides; fixing grooves and overhauling grooves are formed in the side piers on the two sides; the gate comprises a gate main body, strong boundary beams, a bottom shaft, top cantilever wheels and bottom cantilever wheels; the strong boundary beams on the two sides are fixed in the fixing grooves correspondingly; the bottom shaft is welded at the bottoms of the strong boundary beams; the top cantilever wheels are correspondingly fixed at the upper end parts of the outer sides of the strong boundary beams; the bottom cantilever wheels are fixed to the two ends of the bottom shaft correspondingly, and the bottom cantilever wheels are limited in the fixing grooves; the two sets of working opening and closing devices are correspondingly connected with the top cantilever wheels and drive the gate main body to move by taking the bottom shaft as a fulcrum; and the two sets of lifting opening and closing devices are correspondingly connected with the bottom cantilever wheels and drive the device bottom shafts to move upwards.
