The invention discloses a prefabricated concrete member, a connecting piece thereof and a manufacturing and construction method. The connecting piece comprises an inserting rod, a first sleeve and a clamping piece cylinder, the clamping piece cylinder comprises a clamping piece cylinder main body and a clamping piece arranged on the clamping piece cylinder main body, the clamping piece cylinder main body is provided with a first connecting part used for being connected with a steel bar, the clamping piece cylinder can be fixed to the first sleeve through threads, in the fixed state, the clamping piece is located in the first sleeve, and the insertion end of the inserting rod can be inserted into the first sleeve to be clamped to the clamping piece. The connecting piece has the following advantages that the integrality is good, the inserting rod can be accurately clamped to the clamping piece, the connection is easy, and the failure rate is low; the specification of the clamping piece is not limited by the general size of a tensioning part of the sleeve, so that compared with a mechanical joint in the prior art, the tensile bearing capacity is higher; and the first sleeve and the clamping piece cylinder can be installed in advance in manufacturers during processing in batch, the production time does not need to be occupied, the efficiency of the production stage and the construction stage is improved, and the time cost is saved.
