The invention provides an underground water diversion and drainage structure in a concrete pouring process and a construction method of the underground water diversion and drainage structure. The underground water diversion and drainage structure comprises a concrete member, a concrete waterproof cushion layer, a diversion pipe, a check valve and a traction rod; the concrete waterproof cushion layer is arranged at the bottom of the concrete member; the flow guide pipe penetrates through the concrete member and the concrete waterproof cushion layer, and the bottom end extends out of the bottom of the concrete waterproof cushion layer and is inserted into an underground water confluence; the check valve which can be movably opened downwards is arranged at the bottom of the inner side of the flow guide pipe; and the traction rod penetrates through the flow guide pipe to be connected with the check valve and used for controlling opening and closing of the check valve. According to the underground water diversion and drainage structure in the concrete pouring process, through effective drainage and precipitation, the influence of underground water on concrete pouring and solidification can be reduced, effective blocking can be carried out in the later period, and the self-waterproof capacity of the concrete member is improved; and the construction method is simple and convenient, the cost is low, and the problems in the engineering design and construction field can be effectively solved.
