The invention discloses a prefabricated balcony for an assembly type sandwich wallboard, and relates to the technical field of buildings. The prefabricated balcony comprises an upper-layer sealing plate, a lower-layer sealing plate and a prefabricated balcony plate, wherein the prefabricated balcony plate comprises a heat preservation part and a connecting part, one side of the connecting part is connected with the upper-layer sealing plate, the other side of the connecting part is connected with a lower-layer sealing plate, the heat preservation part comprises a cement plate, the cement plate and the connecting part are integrally formed, a heat preservation plate is arranged in the middle of the interior of the cement plate, first concrete layers are connected to the two sides of the heat preservation plate, stirrups are symmetrically arranged on the upper sides and the lower sides of the concrete layers, magnets are connected to the two ends of the stirrups respectively, a felt layer is connected to the outer sides of the stirrups, a heat insulation layer is bonded to the outer side of the felt layer, a second concrete layer is connected to the outer side of the heat insulation layer, and a waterproof coating is arranged on the outer side of the second concrete layer. According to the prefabricated balcony, through the arrangement of the magnets, adjacent building blocks are stably spliced through mutual attraction of opposite magnetic poles, and therefore, the sandwich wall body is stabler, and operation is easy.
