The invention discloses a sound insulation wallboard with a disassembly and assembly mechanism for an assembled building, and belongs to the technical field of sound insulation wallboards. The sound insulation wallboard comprises a first wallboard assembly and a second wallboard assembly. According to the sound insulation wallboard, an insertion block is mounted inside, a third toothed plate mounted at one end of a second wallboard is inserted into a mounting groove inside the first wallboard assembly, the third toothed plate moves to drive a driving gear to rotate in the insertion process, by means of a transmission relationship, a threaded column is driven to rotate through rotation of a worm, the threaded column rotates to drive the insertion block to move, the insertion block is inserted in a second insertion groove and cooperates with the third toothed plate to be inserted and mounted in the mounting groove, and the first wallboard assembly and the second wallboard assembly are well connected, so that the stability is good, when the wallboard is subjected to external impact force, due to the fact that the insertion block and the third toothed plate cooperate with each other, the stability and the external impact force resisting capacity of the adjacent wallboards are improved, and the problems that when an existing wallboard is subjected to external impact force, the existing wallboard is prone to breakage at the joint, and consequently two adjacent wallboards are scrapped and cannot be used are effectively solved.
