The invention discloses a wall-attached support of an attached type lifting scaffold, and relates to the technical field of building construction scaffolds. The wall-attached support of the attached type lifting scaffold comprises a wall-attached connecting seat, an anti-falling device, an anti-inclination guiding device and a jacking device, wherein the wall-attached connecting seat is formed by welding profile steel and a steel plate, and the anti-falling device, the anti-inclination guiding device and the jacking device are mounted on the wall-attached connecting seat; the anti-inclination guiding device consists of guiding wheels and rolling shafts, and the guiding wheels and the rolling shafts jointly limit the front-back movement of a guide rail of a main frame body; the anti-falling device comprises an anti-falling machine, a pin shaft and a brake baffle, wherein when the main frame body falls, the brake baffle and the steps of the main frame body are clamped by the anti-falling machine, so that the main frame body is braked; the jacking device consists of a shaped claw, a sleeve, an adjusting screw rod and a high-strength bolt, and when the jacking device is normally used, the shaped claw extends into the steps of the main frame body to limit descending of the main frame body; and when the main frame body ascends and descends, the shaped claw is pushed aside to leave the steps of the main frame body, and the guide rail of the main frame body completes ascending and descending actions along the guiding wheels.
