The invention discloses a dynamic unbalance anti-falling device for a centrally-mounted stand column lifting vehicle plate. The dynamic unbalance anti-falling device comprises a mounting seat in fastening connection with the lifting vehicle plate, a hanging rod, an anti-falling hook, a rotating shaft mechanism, a connecting plate, a hinge I and a hinge II, wherein a clamping groove is formed in the vertical surface of the inner side, corresponding to the anti-falling hook, of a stand column, the upper end of the hanging rod is in fastening connection with a traction chain cable, and the lower section of the hanging rod penetrates through the mounting seat; limiting and pressure bearing are performed through a lower limiting nut, and the connecting plate is connected with the hanging rod and the anti-falling hook through the hinge I and the hinge II. During normal operation, the traction chain cable pulls the hanging rod to enable the mounting seat and the lifting vehicle plate to ascend and descend, other accessories move along with the hanging rod, and the anti-falling hook does not make contact with the clamping groove; and when the hoisting chain cable is broken, the hanging rod loses traction and moves downwards, the anti-falling hook is pushed by the connecting plate to descend and swing around the rotating shaft mechanism, so that the anti-falling hook and the clamping groove are firmly hung, the mounting seat cannot descend, the broken side of the hoisting chain cable of the lifting truck plate cannot descend, and the purpose of dynamic unbalance and falling prevention is achieved. The anti-falling device is simple in structure, high in reliability and low in manufacturing and maintenance cost.
本发明公开了一种中置立柱升降车板的动态失衡防坠装置，包括与升降车板紧固连接的安装座以及挂杆、防坠钩、转轴机构、连接板、铰链一、铰链二，立柱与防坠钩对应的内侧立面设置有卡槽，挂杆上端与曳引链索紧固连接，下段穿越安装座，通过下限位螺帽进行限位和承压，连接板通过铰链一、铰链二分别与挂杆、防坠钩连接。正常运行时曳引链索牵引挂杆使得安装座、升降车板升降，其余配件随动，防坠钩与卡槽无接触；曳引链索断裂，挂杆失去牵引而下移，通过连接板推动防坠钩绕转轴机构作下降摆动，使得防坠钩与卡槽挂牢，安装座不能下降，升降车板曳引链索断裂的一侧不能下降，达到动态失衡防坠落的目的。该防坠装置结构简单、可靠性高，制作、维护成本低。
