An inner flange single-pipe tower with a reinforcing structure comprises a tower body, the flange connecting position of the tower body is wrapped with a layer of reinforcing structure, the upper end edge and the lower end edge of the reinforcing structure are each provided with an annular rib plate horizontally and outwards, each annular rib plate is provided with at least three first connecting holes, the annular rib plates are fixedly connected with one end of a mounting plate through the first connecting holes, bolts and nuts, the mounting plate is arranged on the outer sides of the annular rib plates, a fixing hole is formed in the other end of the mounting plate, and an antenna holding pole is fixedly arranged in the fixing hole. The weak position of a flange of the tower body is reinforced, bending moment of part of the flange is counteracted, then the load of the flange is reduced, meanwhile, the antenna holding pole and the reinforcing structure are connected through part of joints of the reinforcing structure, the antenna capacity expansion space is provided while reinforcing is conducted, the antenna capacity expansion requirement of the single-pipe tower is met, mounting joints are connected through the bolts, disassembly, adjustment and capacity expansion are convenient, the connection mode is safe, and mounting and disassembly are easy.
一种具有加固结构的内法兰单管塔,包括塔体,在塔体的法兰连接处包覆有一层加固结构,加固结构的上端边缘和下端边缘均各自水平向外设置有环形筋板,环形筋板上设置有至少三个第一连接孔,环形筋板通过第一连接孔、螺栓和螺母与安装板的一端固定连接,安装板设置在环形筋板的外侧,安装板的另一端设置有固定孔,固定孔内固定设置有天线抱杆。本发明对塔体的法兰薄弱处进行了加固,抵消部分法兰处的弯矩,进而降低法兰处的负载,同时,通过加固结构的部分节点,将天线抱杆与加固结构进行连接,在加固的同时,提供天线扩容的空间,解决单管塔的天线扩容需求问题,安装节点采用螺栓连接,便于拆卸、调整及扩容,连接方式安全,且易于安装拆卸。
