The invention discloses a hinge adjusting structure. The hinge adjusting structure comprises a fixed arm and a movable arm, wherein the movable arm is arranged on the outer side of the fixed arm and connected to the fixed arm in a sliding mode, a long groove is formed in the wall portion of the fixed arm, row teeth are arranged at the opposite positions of the side walls of the two long edges of the long groove correspondingly, a through hole is formed in the position, corresponding to the long groove, of the wall portion of the movable arm, an adjusting gear is arranged between the long groove and the through hole in a penetrating mode and comprises an upper section part and a lower section part which are connected to each other, gear teeth are arranged on the side wall of the lower section part, the upper section part matches with the through hole of the movable arm, the lower section part is arranged in the long groove of the fixed arm, and the gear teeth mesh with the row teeth. When a hinge adopting the adjusting structure is used, the adjusting gear is rotated, the adjusting gear drives the movable arm to slide back and forth under the meshing action of the gear teeth and the row teeth, front-back adjustment of the position of a cabinet door relative to a cabinet frame is achieved, and therefore the hinge does not need to be detached from the cabinet door or the cabinet frame and reinstalled to adjust the position of the cabinet door, the workload of installation workers is reduced, and the adjustment is convenient and fast as well.
