The invention relates to the technical field of water quality samplers, and discloses a water quality sampler for collecting water at different water depths, the water quality sampler comprises an adjusting box, and a support shaft is fixedly connected between the front side and the rear side of the middle part of an inner cavity of the adjusting box. The sampling head is arranged in sampling water, the micro air pump is started, so that high-pressure air is sprayed out of the high-pressure air spraying head to form airflow on the outer side of the sampling head, the sampling head is rotated in the water, and impurities around a sampling point can be blown away by the airflow; then the micro negative pressure pump is started to discharge air in the sampling head to generate negative pressure in the sampling head, so that the sampling water enters the sampling head through the suction pipe and the one-way valve, the sampling head can be prevented from being blocked by a large amount of impurities in the sampling water, and the accuracy of water quality detection is further improved; and the first rack is pulled up and down to drive the second rack to move up and down to adjust the handheld rods with different lengths, so that the sampling depth can be adjusted, water samples can be obtained at different depths, and the water quality detection result is improved.
