OPENING AND CLOSING BODY DRIVING MECHANISM
The purpose of the present invention is to suppress "shake" of an opening/closing body by using an opening/closing body drive mechanism using an easy control method. The opening and closing body driving mechanism comprising a base, an opening and closing body, a drive unit to drive the opening and closing body, a control unit to control driving the drive unit, and a movement detection unit to detect movement of the opening and closing body, wherein, in the drop prevention control for preventing the drop of the opening and closing body by the control unit, a target movement speed obtained by specifying a target movement speed of the opening and closing body is compared with an actual movement speed of the opening and closing body obtained on the basis of information from the movement detection unit, and then a feedback control for controlling the driving of a driving unit so that the actual movement speed of the opening/closing body becomes the target movement speed. When the opening and closing body moves from the closed position in the opening direction and moves faster than the target movement speed by an external force, and when the movement speed of the opening and closing body is reduced by the feedback control, the feedback control is reset, and the actual speed of the opening and closing body is compared with the target movement speed, and the feedback control is reset; and the driving of the driving unit is controlled so that the actual movement speed of the opening/closing body becomes the target movement speed.
本发明通过使用利用容易的控制方法的开闭体驱动机构,能够抑制开闭体的“抖动”,所述开闭驱动机构具备:基体;开闭体;驱动部,驱动开闭体;控制部,控制驱动部的驱动;及移动检测部,检测开闭体的移动,其中,在由控制部进行的防止开闭体的落下的落下防止控制中,将确定开闭体的作为目标的移动速度所得的目标移动速度与基于移动检测部的信息所得到的开闭体的实际移动速度进行比较,来进行以使所述开闭体的实际移动速度成为目标移动速度的方式对驱动部的驱动进行控制的反馈控制,在开闭体从关闭位置向打开方向移动时,在开闭体通过外力而比目标移动速度更快地移动的情况下,在通过反馈控制使开闭体的移动速度进行了减速时,将反馈控制复位,并将实际的开闭体的速度与目标移动速度进行比较,以使开闭体的实际移动速度成为目标移动速度的方式对驱动部的驱动进行控制。
