Transparent fluorescent ferroelectric ceramic material and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a transparent fluorescent ferroelectric ceramic material. The chemical formula of the transparent fluorescent ferroelectric ceramic material is [0.95K<0.5>Na<0.5>NbO<3>-0.05Sr(Bi<0.5>Nb<0.5>)O<3>]-0.1% Ho-x% Yb, wherein x is in a range of 0.5 to 2. According to the ceramic material provided by the invention, <0.5>Na<0.5>NbO<3> (KNN) ferroelectric ceramic is taken as a matrix, and a second component Sr(Bi<0.5>Nb<0.5>)O<3> is subjected to solid solution, so the light transmittance performance of the ceramic material is improved; on the basis, rare earth elements, namely Ho and Yb are doped, so the ceramic material has a luminescent property; and by controlling the content of various components in the ceramic material, the ceramic material has excellent transparency and luminescence properties and also has certain ferroelectricity. Experimental results show that the ceramic material provided by the invention has good photoluminescence performance while maintaining certain light transmission performance, and has certain ferroelectric characteristics.
本发明提供了一种透明荧光铁电陶瓷材料,所述透明荧光铁电陶瓷材料的化学式为:[0.95K0.5Na0.5NbO3‑0.05Sr(Bi0.5Nb0.5)O3]‑0.1%Ho‑x%Yb,x=0.5~2。本发明提供的陶瓷材料以K0.5Na0.5NbO3(KNN)铁电陶瓷为基体,固溶第二组元Sr(Bi0.5Nb0.5)O3,提高了陶瓷材料的透光性能;在此基础上掺杂稀土元素Ho和Yb使陶瓷材料具有发光性能;并通过控制陶瓷材料中各种成分的含量,使得陶瓷材料具有出色的透明和发光性能,同时兼具一定的铁电性。实验结果表明,本发明提供的陶瓷材料在保持一定透光性能的同时具备良好光致发光性能,且具有一定的铁电特性。
