The invention discloses a pavement crack repairing pretreatment system and method based on roads and bridges. The pavement crack repairing pretreatment system comprises a base and a supporting plate fixedly connected to the top of the base through supporting legs, a repairing mechanism is arranged at the bottom of the base, and a scraping mechanism is arranged on the right side of the bottom of the base. According to the pavement crack repairing pretreatment system and method based on roads and bridges, whcih relate to the technical field of pavement crack repairing, a repairing agent in the liquid storage tank is mixed and heated before repairing, so that solidification and freezing are avoided, the flowability of the repairing agent is enhanced, and the repairing agent is in full contact with a crack interface in a crack; the UV curing lamp is used for rapidly curing the repairing agent in the compacting process, standing cooling curing is changed into active curing, the curing efficiency of the repairing agent is improved, meanwhile, protrusions formed by cracks can be scraped through the scraping mechanism, the smoothness of the repaired pavement cracks is guaranteed, and the repairing quality of the cracks is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于道路桥梁的路面裂缝修补预处理系统及其方法，包括底座以及通过支撑腿固定连接于底座顶部的支撑板，底座的底部设置有修补机构，底座底部的右侧设置有刮除机构，本发明涉及路面裂缝修补技术领域。该基于道路桥梁的路面裂缝修补预处理系统及其方法，通过在修补前对储液箱内部的修补剂进行混合加温，避免产生凝固冻结且加强了修补剂的流动性，使得修补剂在裂缝内与裂缝界面充分接触，并且在压实的过程中利用UV固化灯对修补剂进行快速固化，将静置冷却固化改变成主动固化，加快了修补剂的固化效率，同时利用刮除机构可对裂缝形成的凸起时进行刮除，保证修复后路面裂缝处的平整性，提高了裂缝的修补质量。
