The invention relates to an underground water taking device. The underground water taking device comprises a power driving mechanism, a clamping mechanism, a drilling sleeve mechanism and a drill bit mechanism, wherein the power driving mechanism comprises a cylinder, a handheld rotating disc, a driving motor, a circular gear, a pentagonal clamping block and a clamping hole, and the clamping hole is formed in the cylinder; and the clamping mechanism comprises a power part and a buckling part, the power part is used for providing power for the buckling part, the power part and the buckling part are fixedly installed on the drilling sleeve mechanism, and the power part and the buckling part are used for fixing the power driving mechanism. A driving motor rotates so as to drive the pentagonal clamping block to rotate, a pentagonal clamping groove is driven to achieve the rotation of an inner threaded cylinder by the pentagonal clamping block, and a lead screw is driven to rotate by the inner threaded cylinder, so that a drill bit rotates downwards in the condition that a round sleeve does not move, underground water is conveniently taken, and after the water is taken, the lead screw retracts into the inner threaded cylinder through reverse rotation of the driving motor, so that the taken water is not polluted, and the problem that the taken water is polluted is solved.
